Introduction.
These terms and conditions govern the purchase and commission of personal sculptures. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
During your appointment with us we discuss your vision and requirements. By commissioning a sculpture, the customer agrees and understands that they have approved the design prior to production. Once the sculpture is being produced, no alterations can be accepted. The customer also acknowledges that our sample sculptures may differ from your chosen sculpture due to the nature of custom-made work, including variations in materials, finishes, and overall appearance. Each piece is unique, reflecting the craftsmanship and individuality inherent in custom creations.
Payment Terms A booking fee is required to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from the total price.
We accept PayPal and BACS.
Production Timeline and Delivery The production timeline will be communicated during your appointment. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, which will be promptly communicated. Estimated delivery times will be provided, but are subject to change. We use Royal Mail tracked delivery for all shipments. If you are not available to accept the parcel upon delivery, please note that we cannot be held responsible for resending the item.
Modifications Any modifications to the order must strictly be communicated before production begins. Changes may affect timeline and pricing.
Returns Due to the custom nature of the sculptures, returns are not accepted unless there is an unforeseen issue. If the item is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hrs. We will require photos of the damage for our record. If the damage is verified, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Thank you for your understanding!
Cancellations Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment. Cancellations have to be made 48 hr prior to your appointment for a full refund.
Cancellation by us. In the rare event that we are unable to provide the experience or sculpture, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund of any payments made. We strive to ensure timely communication and will do our best to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
